Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by filling in one of the forms below. Patients generally need to be seen on a six monthly basis for ongoing renewal of prescriptions. Please allow up to 48 hours for your prescription to be processed.
This form is for requests for medications already on your repeat medication list only. Any acute medication requests ( such as for antibiotics etc.) will require a consultation.
A charge of €30 applies for all private prescriptions without a consultation. Fee for private prescriptions will be taken when requesting prescription.
